A nine-year resident of Fort Worth, Kirbe came to Texas via California. Raised on her family’s almond farm in the central valley, her love of agriculture runs deep. She believes in educating audiences about the agriculture and livestock industries, where their food comes from, the clothes on their back and the people who make it all possible!
As a child Kirbe started a small Angus herd with her two sisters. By age nine, she was showing livestock on the county, state, and national levels — which led her to a job in agricultural reporting after studying broadcast journalism at Fresno State.
Moving to Cowtown to work for Superior Livestock Auction, the world’s leader in satellite load-lot feeder and seedstock cattle auctions, she soon earned a position hosting a 30-minute live broadcast show discussing the cattle market and industry fluctuations that aired on RFD -TV. From there, Kirbe went on to be the resident Western Lifestyle and Agricultural Reporter for The Cowboy Channel and RFD-TV, a job that took her across the country to interview rodeo athletes and livestock exhibitors and report live from various events.
She’s interviewed leaders in the Western industry in and out of the arena and show ring, from fashion brands to top chefs to public figures, and hosted red carpets at the National Finals Rodeo and The American. From the fields to the runway, Kirbe’s covered every aspect of western lifestyle and culture.
Hosting and producing the original series RanchHer, which highlights women in ranching and showcases the highs and lows of their livelihood, has been her most meaningful project — until now!
Her new show for Roxo Media House brings all of Kirbe’s interests together — fashion, beauty, food, art, music and, of course, all things cowboy culture. Kirbe handpicks the topics and guests for each episode based on what appeals to her and gives you a look at her city meets Western life in Fort Worth!
